Valentine's Day is coming up in less than a month *YAY* and excitement is brewing up at Sweet Escapes! I haven't baked since the hustle and bustle of the holiday season ended so I'm excited to get my hands in cookie dough again.
I've been browsing a lot for new ideas and inspiration and I get really excited when I see how store shelves are lined with PINK and RED merchandise. Bonus if it sparkles :)
I had 11 different types of cookies in the holiday selection and that was PURE craziness! I've taken the bestseller which is the Lemon Cognac Linzer Torte and that will be the only one available for Valentine's. Nice and simple.
Before the craziness of Valentine's orders begin... I have a 140 cupcake order this Saturday. Word of mouth advertising is still truly the best (and free) form of publicity.
